4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published in the Payments section of your account dashboard. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within one to two hours during standard support hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 2777com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. 4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 2777com maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The platform is used exclusively for the purpose of entertainment betting and gaming. Any attempt to use 2777com for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts found to be involved in such activity will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

6.1 Accepted Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed by 2777com's system and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet is final. 2777com will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a proven technical error on the part of the platform.

6.2 Obvious Errors. 2777com reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or terms that were published as a result of a manifest error — including pricing errors, typographical errors, or technical faults. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account. 2777com's decision on manifest errors is final.

6.3 Cricket Betting Markets. Specific rules governing settlement of cricket betting markets — including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, over/under totals, and in-play ball-by-ball markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of your account dashboard. In the event of any match being abandoned, reduced, or otherwise affected by weather or other external factors, market settlement rules will apply as published.

6.4 Casino Game Rules. All casino games available on 2777com — including slots, live dealer tables (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), crash games (Aviator by Spribe), Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and all other RNG and live titles — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. 2777com is not the manufacturer of these games and cannot be held responsible for the rules or outcomes of games produced by third-party providers, except where a technical fault on the platform itself (not the game provider) affects the outcome.

Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout cap may be reduced to the applicable maximum at 2777com's sole discretion.

8.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your 2777com account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard verification and processing requirements. Accounts closed at your request may be reopened upon application, subject to our standard re-registration review process.

8.2 Closure by 2777com. 2777com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) we are required to do so for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct is detected or suspected; (d) the player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (e) the account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our Inactive Account Policy.

8.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 2777com will send notification to the registered email address prior to applying any inactive account procedures. Inactive account maintenance fees may apply in accordance with the schedule published on the platform. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or formally close their account if they no longer wish to use 2777com's services.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Closure. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — please refer to our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for details of the self-exclusion process, which carries additional protections and timelines beyond standard account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority by our support team and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

8.5 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by 2777com due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at our discretion, particularly where that balance includes funds derived from prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for compliance or administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
